Dross Deletes Itself

I was just checking up on the enemy as you do and I clicked on the fake blog: http://dennisliveshere.blogspot.com/ this is what I found.

Dennis

Farewell
Thank you for visiting, but I have decided to give up blogging as time-consuming and futile.

Lucien, do you mean you are not Dennis?Dennis, who am I going to get to help me with my daughter's homework, and who will support me when the TV licensing peeps shackle me and drag me off to Guantanamo Bay?

Lucien, thanks for the offer but I have found collaboration very difficult in the past. It's hard enough keeping myself on-side when composing text (and even harder to sell it these days ... my agent thinks I've died).Lilith, I am by no means Lucien and he is by no means me. If the kind of thing your daughter learns at school is "Darwinian Anxiety", she is in severe trouble! As for TVL, just don't answer the door.

Lilith, that is a very nice thing to say, thank you. I find these days there is so much to do that I really can't afford the time for blogging, not without neglecting things that should not be neglected. I read your post earlier about the flak you got (you know the one I mean). All I can say is that I should have had two elder brothers; I only have one; my mother was a brave and intelligent woman and criticism of her decision would have been insolent as well as ignorant. In her case it was a question of the lesser of two evils.Lucien, chin up!

Dennis, I understand, and am very sorry you are leaving.Because I have to get up early each day (to worry about the next day), I continually look at lists like yours; and you are a real example of somewhere I can escape to and be slightly different. Lilith (I hope), knows this as she is brilliant at putting perspectives on instant letters like this. Reality kicks in later, but because at 5.00am I need to talk to someone, and your blog is a very interesting place to visit. My blog is a bit old fart, and the numbers of visitors has dwindled, but I escape when I do this thing we call blogging. I love everyone I read about, I imagine them as friends, and go from there. It does take time, which you described above, and I honour you that. Perhaps you'll get back one day as an alter ego, and I'll look forward to that. You take care eh?S.I sincerely hope all stays well with you.

So Dennis and Modo one and the same or collaborators ? I say the same, thats two boring blogs less I wonder who they will pop up as next time :::::::::yawns::::::::::::::: of course they will check this blog as their ego demands it, I don't care, my turds are better bloggers, just think if I actually put some effort into it. Of course you'd find blogging to be time-consuming and futile, yer shite at it.
